CCDFI Welcomes CCDFI Welcomes Brianna Schuette, Loan Servicing Assistant. Clearinghouse CDFI is excited to welcome Brianna Schuette as our new Loan Servicing Assistant. Currently in the final stages of earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington State University, Brianna brings strong organizational and communication skills to her role. With two years of experience in customer service, including work at the WSU main library, she is well-prepared to support Clearinghouse CDFI’s Loan Servicing department. In her position, Brianna will manage data entry for loan covenants, financial documents, and post-closing conditions, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across the loan portfolio. She will also help track and organize borrower information, providing essential administrative support to the team.
Outside of work, Brianna enjoys painting, reading, attending football games, and hiking with her significant other and her Australian Shepherd. Growing up as the only girl among five older brothers has shaped her strong, resilient personality. Brianna’s blend of professional skills and passion for life make her a great fit for the Clearinghouse CDFI team.
