AZ State Small Business Credit Initiative Details

Clearinghouse CDFI is partnering with the Arizona State Small Business Credit Initiative to finance  projects that improve communities through measurable benefits. We work closely with every borrower to ensure the success of each project.

• Small Business Loan Amounts: Tailored from $500,000 – $5 million
• No predefined loan programs: Our borrowers’ projects are as different as the communities they serve. We assess each loan application individually.
• Must be Real Estate Based
• Must qualify under the SSBCI program as an Arizona small business or nonprofit
• Must use loan proceeds for eligible business purpose
