Clearinghouse CDFI proudly welcomes new Commercial Underwriter Allen Peterson to the team. Allen joins CCDFI with 5 years of financial services and banking experience. Allen enjoys spending his free time perfecting new recipes, attending car shows, and going to country music concerts. He also loves hiking with his fiancée and taking their dog to the beach.
Allen is responsible for reviewing new loan requests at Clearinghouse CDFI. This includes analyzing financial statements, property evaluations, and credit to determine project feasibility. The summarized information is then put into memo format that is then presented to our loan committee for review. Allen’s hard work will help to make positive and measurable impacts in low-income communities.
