Employee Promotion Announcement:
Lindsay DuHadway, Loan Servicing Specialist I – Clearinghouse CDFI
Lindsay came to Clearinghouse CDFI after working in the tech start-up space focused on marketing and events. She attended San Francisco Art Institute and continues to enjoy art in all forms. Lindsay loves travelling and being outdoors in warm weather. She is excited to continue to support Clearinghouse CDFI’s mission to create a positive impact in underserved communities.
Lindsay first joined the Clearinghouse CDFI Team in 2022 as Receptionist/Notary/Office Assistant and was recently promoted to a new position in 2023 as Loan Servicing Specialist I. In her new role, Lindsay will review loan documents and assess files for completeness, reconcile loan payments, facilitate borrower communications, and generate portfolio reports. She will report to the Assistant Loan Servicing Manager Justin Merlette, helping to ensure the Clearinghouse CDFI Loan Servicing Department maintains an exceptional level of customer service.
