We had a great time at APAIT Health Center’s Napa Valley comes to Santa Monica event on April 18th. APAIT Health Center provides support programs to medically underserved individuals suffering from HIV/AIDS in Southern California.  

Congratulations to American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) on the grand opening of the A.C.T. Strand Theater in San Francisco, CA! Clearinghouse CDFI was on site for the official ribbon cutting on May 14th. A.C.T. is a nonprofit theater company whose performance, education, and outreach programs benefit over 250,000 people annually. Clearinghouse CDFI provided $14.6 million of NMTC allocation and $2.4 million

Congratulations to Community Action Partnership of Orange County for 50 years of helping people and changing lives! Clearinghouse CDFI celebrated Community Action Partnership of Orange County’s fantastic milestone on May 2nd at their Anniversary Gala. Clearinghouse CDFI President and CEO, Douglas Bystry was one of the special honorees at the event.  

Clearinghouse CDFI and Affordable Housing Clearinghouse staff met up at the crack of dawn this Sunday for the OC Marathon. (After a little bit of coffee), everyone was excited to get their run/jog/walk on for the 5k around the fair grounds and through Orange Coast College! Clearinghouse CDFI recently attended Girls Inc. of Alameda County’s Strong, Smart, and Bold Luncheon held on April 23rd, 2015. The event brought together some of the most influential women and community leaders in the Bay area. Honorees included those who are influencing the world, and who work towards building strong, smart, and bold communities.    

Clearinghouse CDFI President and CEO, Douglas Bystry spoke at the Orange County Risk Management Association – Banking Leaders CEO Panel on March 19th in Newport Beach, CA. The panel focused on trends CEOs are forecasting for the banking industry in 2015 including challenges and opportunities available.
