$50,000 in Matching Gifts Fulfills Monarch School Quarterly Challenge
Our financial partner Clearinghouse CDFI raised $50,000 in contributions for Monarch from their investment partners, meeting a quarterly challenge from the Price Family Charitable Fund.
Contributing investment partners included Capital Source Bank, US Bank, Wells Fargo, First Bank, Wawanesa Insurance, and Opus Bank.
Clearinghouse CDFI presented Monarch with checks at their 2013 Annual Meeting held at our new campus. Proceeds will benefit student off-campus learning opportunities, college preparation, and family assistance.
This gift made it possible to meet our quarterly fundraising goal for a two-year, $250,000 challenge grant awarded to Monarch by the Price Family Charitable Fund last year.
