$784,000 Loan Benefits a Nonprofit Providing Special Needs Housing
Clifford Beers Housing (CBH) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to develop affordable, supportive housing for those experiencing mental illness and homelessness. CBH also provides these individuals with mental health services, job assistance, and financial counseling.
Clearinghouse CDFI provided $784,000 in financing for CBH to acquire and rehabilitate a property that will serve as the organization’s headquarters.
CBH’s new headquarters allowed the nonprofit to continue to develop housing for special needs and homeless individuals.
