Clearinghouse CDFI (CCDFI) is helping to bring affordable housing to the Houston MSA area with a $17,700,000 loan to Piney Woods Manufactured Housing Community. This loan supports the acquisition and development of a manufactured home community.

Piney Woods Manufactured Housing Community, a project by K8H Ventures, sets the standard for affordable luxury. Spanning 394 lots within a 5-star community setting, residents can look forward to amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, and curbed roads, reflecting the features of a premium subdivision. Financing provided by CCDFI aids in bringing this vision to fruition, ensuring that more families in the Houston MSA region will soon have access to safe, secure, affordable housing. Preleasing will begin 6 months prior to completion and the property expects to infill 15 homes a month.
